Clear Linux failure

Live USB loads, runs, ands installs with no indication of failure, then when booting from the SSD, I get the message “EFI stub: ERROR: Failed to open file: EFI\org.clearlinux\freestanding-00-intel-scode.cpio” Followed by some failed to load messages that I assume are caused by the failure to open said file. It’s an intel S1600JP board with an E5-1607 (sandybridge). Basicly a noob here. I imagine it can be solved through the EFI shell though.

And the live media would only run with legacy boot support turned off.

If it failed to load initrd, does that mean it failed to load the INITial Ram Disk?
Might you have the wrong version of clear Linux? Like, did you get, or install a non-UEFI version?

I see no options for different version of desktop Clear Linux.
