Choosing OS in custom configured build

Ok so I'm custom configuring a laptop and I have a quick question. Here is the laptop I'm configuring btw

http://www.dinopc.com/shop/pc/configurePrd.asp?idproduct=2025

So in the OS section you can choose Windows 7 Home premium ( going up from no operating system ) for £60.

Is it just me or is that crazy? On ebay I can get windows 7 Professional for like 35 pounds. In that os section they say

We recommend that an Operating System is added to your order to ensure a hassle-free transition to your new PC. We would make sure all necessary drivers are installed and you will be supplied with a genuine Windows CD and serial key.

Is that just a bunch off bullshit though? How hard is it to install the necessary drivers?. I don't know about laptops but for my self built pc I just went to the motherboard website installed the drivers then I installed the graphics card driver and I was good to go.

Any advice on this matter, Is it just a waste of money?

Edit: Sorry got the prices wrong fixed them now

Get it without OS, pirate windows, install it yourself, save money.

but where do you get the drivers from there is no motherboard company listed like on a proper pc

GPU drivers are pretty much the only thing you ever need to download yourself.

hmmmm, really? you sure what about the chipset, audio, usb, bios, lan and all those drivers?

Audio: 99% of cases realtek, usually works out of box. If not, you know where to get it.

LAN: usually works out of box, but you know the model of the adaptor anyway.

Everything else: always works out of box.

Like, have you ever installed Windows 7 or 8?

oh ok... and yes I have on a desktop pc but on those you have to get all the drivers

Windows has generic drivers that do a lot of the work for you.  However, I have found that LAN/wireless drivers are always needed, along with GPU drivers.  However, installing drivers are relatively easy.  It's pretty much a download and double click install process for everything.
