This was a thing in late 2017-early 2018.
The person responsible was fired immediately but he just got jailed for it recently, which is what the above story is about.

Way to go DJI! Fucking aced it!
What they did by that is tell everyone they are not really interested, half assed more than one thing and are more than ready to shoot everyone in the face who takes them up on their offer.
