It's doubtful.Although if you happen to be a student, sometimes your school can provide you an OS through DreamSpark. Although, it tends to be for IT studtents.
^that, they wouldn't give it to me because i'm not in an it program, but aslong as you have an .edu email adress you can pick up windows server that can be hacked to be a normal desktop os if you're really hardpressed for cash
