Changing Brightness/Gamma Inside a Windowed Game

Is it possible to to change the brightness/gamma settings per application inside AMD Control center?

I could have sworn when I used to have a GTX 285 it was an option and can't seem to find a similar method for my 280X...

 

Basically I'm trying to run a game in Windowed and need to increase the brightness.

amd drivers are very crappy as far as features go sorry to say CCC dosn't have an option like that at-least not for games. if your game isn't very demanding and you have an intel gpu you could use that. if not you could also use a shader injector like SweetFX to increase the brightness.
