Case Vibration Issues

Hey,

My case is vibrating and I can't seem to find the issue to why it is. If I have my PC is sitting on my desk I can feel the vibrations pass through the keyboard and mouse. Please could someone help me on how to reduce the vibrations.

My Specs:

Asus P8Z77-V LX
Corsair Carbide 300R
Asus Radeon 7870
8GB XMS3 Corsair RAM
i5-3570K
Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo with fan that came with it
1TB WD Caviar Blue HDD
2 Corsair fans which came with the case - 140mm fan in the front, 120mm in the back
LG Optical Drive
750W Corsair PSU

Thanks for any help :)

I would guess that the vibrations are coming from the harddrive, which those drive trays aren't too good at dampening. First identify the source of the vibrations.

There are vibration dampening drive mounts for 5.25" bays that would do a better job, or you could try a home grown suspenion with elastic cord or somesuch. The best product I've tried for this is Nexus DoubleTwin. Personally I'd prefer getting a drive that runs quietly to begin with, but that's not always an option.

Thanks alot, will look into this drive tray :)
