Can't get my Quad 1.4 KVM to switch via shortcut key - HID help!

I am hoping some folks can help me here, would be very appreciated, it’s driving me crazy as I want to use my shortcut key!

I tap ScrLk ScrLk then 1 or 2 but nothing happens and I am not sure how to further debug. I am using the Microsoft Ergonomic Desktop keyboard

when I look at the keyboard properties it say s"HID Keyboard Device" (Win10)

I am running the Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Center - it shows that scrolllock is being depressed

I am using the Display port 1.4 Quad monitor KVM
