Cannot boot into WebUI of FreeNAS

Hey all,

I have been watching a few of the videos and it got me wanting to try out FreeNAS. Anyway So I have downloaded it and popped it on my 16GB USB stick and booted it up but when it gets to ;You may try the following URLs to access the web user interface' it says it can't find any. Followed by lines of code;

"freenas mDNSResponder: mDNS_Register_internal: ERROR!! Tried to register AuthRecord 0000000800D1CD60 freenas.local. (Addr) that's already in the list"

and

"freenas htpd_initres[1811]: host name was not found: 1.freebsd.pool.ntp.org
freenas htpd_initres[1811]: host name was not found: 2.freebsd.pool.ntp.org"

Please help! I am trying to run it on an Acer Aspire Timeline X Laptop and the network connection is wifi.

Did you try using the IP Address?

Looks like your WAN interface has no connection to the internet, and your lan interface does not exist.

Good point. You'll have to get on the actual FreeNAS CLI and assign the ports and ip addresses

How would one go about that

Hook a mouse, monitor and keyboard to your FreeNAS box. Then you can configure from there

It's a laptop, I mean where do I go to assign the ports and ip addresses
