Can This Mobo OC Well?

I'mno expert in mobos so I'm hoping some of you could tell if this mobo is good enough to overclock an Athlon II X4 750K to 4GHz+

That cpu has a 4ghz turbo speed anyway just set it to turbo in the bios and yes that mobo is good for overclocking that mobo was recently used to overclock a A10 6800K to 8.2Ghz (on liquid nitrogen)
