Can I use Corsair AF120-LED 120mm on a H80?

In a bit of a predicament, the build is a mini ITX in a Bitfenix prodigy that has 2x 120mm mounts on the top and and with the H80 taking up one of the vent it looks a bit strange with just one blue led fan, and Corsair not doing a Static Pressure LED fan. 

(and with the H80 mounted in the back only one fan can be mounted in the top of the case, ergo same problem)

I would forget about the LEDS if it was for me, but its my GFs gaming PC and she Is really into having these bloody LEDS! 

Any advice or suggestions would be really appreciated!

Just set up your own custom LEDs. You could glue them to the fan on the H80, and around the case. There is plenty of literature out there on how to do it if you put a bit of effort into google. Plus it will look pretty cool, and its cheap. Your GF will appreciate the effort you put into it as well.
