If you can oc that gpu? Probably yes, not worth it in a laptop due to thermals

Long answer? Yes if you vbios mod (don’t recommend)
Just install MSI afterburner if the sliders can be adjusted there’s your answer

If you have a power limited GPU you need to BOTH overclock and undervolt to you’re not bagging against the power limit.
MSI afterburner ‘oc scanner’ should give you a good place to start tweeking the voltage/frequency curve.
NOTE: you can probably coerce about 10-15% more perf per watt for no penalty other than the time taken.
