Hello members of Tek Syndicate/ Raze The World Forum. I need you help. Below I have inserted a pic of the layout of my apartment. I was wondering if the is a way to move my Verizon Modem/Router to my room from the living room and still have cable to my TV? I have looked around but everywhere I read it tells me to directly remove the Coaxial Cable and connect it to my modem but, I want to have both my modem and cable set top box connected. Will I need to purchase any addition hardware to make this happen?
All help is appreciated immensely.

Coax splitter would probably do the job.
Thank you. I will look into buying one.
They're pretty damned cheap, and not managed it's just taking 1 cable and splitting it to 3. I have a splitter currently with one going to my router and another to my cable box and haven't run into any issues.
Another solution would be calling your ISP and asking them to run cable to that room... but depending on your ISP that can be expensive and they might charge you for the extra port per month... like assholes.
I have Verizon and they can be dick heads most of the times. I'm probably just gonna buy one from my local hardware store and try to do it myself. Thank you once again for you help.
