Can Anyone Explain Super Speeds in Origin

Hi guys.

I've noticed that whenever I download something from EA's service origin I get extremely high download speeds. Much above what I pay for in Australia (20Mb/s down/1Mb/s up). Then I downloaded the Titanfall Beta at 17MB/s or 136Mb/s which shouldn't be possible. Also this happens quite regulary when downloading from origin but all other internet sites and services keep to the standard speed. I've tried using a VPN (PureVPN and HotspotShield) however I see a massive reduction in speed and only use it to hide my location when I want to. Anyone have an Idea how to get these speeds all the time. I do have screen capture but i am having trouble adding them. for some reason copy and paste doesn't work so if someone can tell me how i'll add them as well.

Origin is just bad at telling your speed. It's basically lying to you. It's done that for a while now. To many people.

okay thanks but it doesn't explain why it takes less time to download things

Better shaping, off-peak hours, inaccurate speed reports from Origin...  or some combination there of?  Tough to say for sure.

If they could fix the pre-match latency report, that'd be cool. So many EA game problems. Too many times I play online games and the P2P shit doesn't tell you if you have a proper connection to your opponent(s).
