Buying help for a Linux and QEMU Windows 11 VMs PC

Hello,
I was thinking of building my first computer and using linux as host os and having Windows 11 in a VM.
Was going to use a Sapphire Radeon RX 7800 XT 16GB Nitro+ for linux and send a MSI GeForce RTX 4060 Ti 16GB Gaming X Slim White to Windows 11 VM

my shopping cart looks like this:

Case: Lian Li PC-O11 Dynamic EVO Svart

GPU (Linux): Sapphire Radeon RX 7800 XT 16GB Nitro+
[Already own - SSD (Linux): Gigabyte NVMe Gen3 SSD 1TB]

GPU (Windows): MSI GeForce RTX 4060 Ti 16GB Gaming X Slim White
SSD (Windows): PNY CS900 SATA 1TB

Motherboard: ASUS ROG Strix B650E-F Gaming WIFI
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 7950X 4.5 GHz 81MB
CPU coler: Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 EVO
Ram: Corsair 64GB (2x32GB) DDR5 5200MHz CL40 Vengeance AMD EXPO
Fans (4): Arctic P12 Max Svart
Power supply: Kolink Regulator 1000W ATX 3.0

I wonder if you have any improvements or something that works just as well but is cheaper.

Thanks in advance.

You could consider the b650 proart creator board to get two x8 slots instead of x16 + x4
