Building my first rig

Hello everyone, I have made this build to run a few games: Battlefield 4, Planetside 2, BioShock Infinite (But my main game will be Battlefield 4), SPECS are:

Graphics card: GTX-780

Processor: i7 4770K

Motherboard: MSI-87 GD65

Storage: 1TB

RAM: Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB Kit (4GBx2)

Power Supply: XFX Pro750 750W

Case: Corsair Vengeance

Please let me know of your thoughts, and how I should make this build better- thank you

A few questions about your build

Are you using single moniter gaming?

Are you multitasking?

What is your budget?

Budget 500 to 1000

Not multitasking

and 1 monitor, remember I'm trying to run BF4 utlra with 60FPS+

I see very expensive parts that have been slapped together. Not that there's anything wrong with the parts but your budget and these parts don't match.

60+ FPS is fine and dandy but if your monitor doesn't display more than 60FPS,then it's kind of moot.Just an ego boost.

I see, well, I have done my part of research.

Any better build you have in mind?

With your budget, going with AMD would be better route.

FX 8320

Asus 990FX Pro

Any 8gb RAM with CAS 9

GPU is kind of controversial. Look at the R9 280x/R7970 from AMD or nvidia 760(770 if your budget allows for it)

PSU - If you aren't going to run more than one GPU,then 500-600W would suffice

Case - Personal.Go with what you like

Your HDD is fine

Thanks man, appreciate it. Might use the build you suggested.

Glad i could help. Post your final build here so that we can help out.

Can I please just get a link on the motherboard, if so that would be amazing.

Power Supply: CORSAIR CXM series CX600M 600W

Looks good. Not sure about the PSU,though. The CX line from corsair isn't known to be great. The TX and above are fantastic. Try looking XFX,antec or seasonic PSUs as well

Try using the link below to find a PSU.Should save you the hassle
