Building a PC around my GPU

So I just got an Gigabyte GTX 460 1GB OC

And now I'm wondering what Cpu,Ram an Mobo should I buy, so I will not bottleneck my Gpu. I don't want to spend alot of money, I just want the thing to be balanced.

Now I've got:

Intel E7400 @ 2.8GHz, P31-ES3G, 2x2GB of ddr2, 2x500GB HDD one is SATA III and a Intel 330 120GB SSD, XFX PRO750W Core Edition and the case is an Antec Three Hundred Two with USB 3.0, front panel ports.

Thank you in advance.

hows a phenom2 x4 965 black, 8gb ddr3 (~50-$60), and a new motherboard sound

how much do you have to spend on a motherboard? will you overclock (you always should)? do you need a better cooler for overclocking?

You have a good case and power supply.. so here is what I recommend for you for different situations. You can easily overclock on both of these builds.

The cost affective build: - Just matching the GPU (but the board and ram will be good for a new CPU later.)

The future proof build: - You can just upgrade the GPU for this build later.
