Building a new PC and would appreciate some help [UK][£1400]

So Im building a new pc and would appreciate some help choosing the parts. Ive copied the format as best I can. If you need any other info let me know.

To make things easier around here just include some extra info so we can tailor you better.

  • Budget. How much are you willing to spend? £1400
  • Where do you live (what country),  and what currency do you use? UK, GBP (£)
  •   -Is there a retailer you prefer? No
  • Do you need or already have peripherals? I need a monitor, mouse, keyboard and headset
  • What will you be using your future computer for? Gaming? Rendering? Mix of both? Or is this a home media PC? Gaming
  • Do you overclock or want to get into overclocking? Yes
  • Do you plan on going for custom watercooling now, or in the future? Most likely not
  • OS. Do you need a new one? Yes

If you Game-

  • What kind of settings do you like or what FPS do you want to play at? As high as possible for my budget
  • What resolution will you be playing at? Whatever you recommend
  • What kind of games do you like to play? Mostly shooters (Battlefield etc) but play many other styles too

If you don't have peripherals -

  • What kind of keyboard do you prefer? Mechanical
  • What type of mouse-grip do you have? Palm
  • What kind of games do you play? Mostly fps, I don't like too many buttons
  • What size monitor are you looking for, and what resolution? Size either 24 or 27 inch, and whatever you recommend for the other things

Other Notes -

  • What is your general experience in building computers? Is this your first build or are you seasoned and just looking for advice? This is my first build
  • I'd like for the build to be easily upgradable if I choose to do so in the future

Any help is appreciated thanks!

I would have this:

I left out the mouse keyboard and headset because it personal preference i gave you 230 pounds to spend

I would use the razer deathadder 2013 for the mouse as it has  a few buttons but not to many that you will accidentally click them

Just another part list for you to consider will post some peripherals after. Does it need to be a headset or headphones?

+ 1

You can save on the GPU , and OS , to get a better SSD or screen .

Would you like 120HZ ? Do you like more competitive games like CS:GO ?
