I will say that in this price range I would recommend AMD, since with overclocking you can get near-stock Intel performance core for core, but then also have more cores than an Intel CPU.
If you're playing games like DayZ or Arma that are incredible unoptimized for CPUs (1-2 threads max), definitely get an Intel CPU. Otherwise I'd lean AMD.
