First of all I would like to apologize if this topic falls out of place int this part of the forum. The thing is I have been thinking about building some kind of camera that can also record video. I want to start this humble little project as a hobby. The idea is to build a moderate video camera that can shoot at least 1080p - 120fps with a decent video compression.
Here is the sensor I have been looking at. Is there a way to make this sensor work on a Raspberry Pi or Arduino board?

As I said before this will only be a little hobby of mine so please no: "you should buy this camera or this other one...". I plan to BUILD my own. Thanks for any help and suggestions you guys can give.
