I recently found Tek Syndicate on youtube and i loved your videos.You guys don't only talk about hardware,you also talk about science and other serious news/issues.Very few people bother to do that.You are also humorous.Awesome awesome show !
My question is if they can somehow make theese boron nitrade nano tube transistors work at room temperatures would we see it in pc hardware ?Would they only be for expensive purpose built chips ?What would be the advantage of a die size that small ?
Boron is a rare material.It isn't prospected very much.My country (Turkey) has half the known deposits in the world and we recently passed a law that allows foreign corporations to prospect and mine our natural resources.That probably means if it takes off there won't be a boron shortage for some time unlike silicone which is sometimes scarce.
