been getting a "system thread exception not handled" blue screen on my spare system. I saw that some people had luck fixing it by reinstall drivers and getting rid of overclocking software (like afterburn). So I tried re installing all the drivers, mobo , video card, other add on cards, etc. Any ideas?
Usually with BSODs I unistall all bloatware, software I don't use, run MBam & SAS. If I still get BSODs after that I turn to actually debugging the BSOD.

This all is only applicable if you can reboot into the OS; which I think you can do if you were able to reinstall the drivers,
