My daily searches of ‘Big Navi Linux’ seemed to have finally yielded fruit. According to several different sources, including good ole Reddit, Big Navi specs my have been ‘leaked’ by updates to the kernel itself, as well as ROCm firmware. Big Navi (code name Sienna Cichlid) seems to have 80 CUs and another GPU (code name Navy Flounder) has 40 CUs.
After stealing the table from Reddit, the specs appear to be as follows (Note, the total number of CUs can be found by multiplying the first three numbers together):
