Best socket LGA755 gaming build?

I have an old PC with a socket LGA755 motherboard and an

  • Intel Core 2 Duo E7500
  • 4gb ddr3 ram
  • 300 wat psu


What can possibly be done to make this thing viable even the slightest bit for gaming?

well for 220 you can have a a10 build maybe less (if you dont have a sata hd then take of the gpu and get a 7200rpm 500gb or get better ram  1866mhz
