Best setup for benchmarking older hardware?

Simple question, I want to use up to date code written within the last 4 years to benchmark older computers. But, IDK what would work.

RN I’m thinking the phoronix test suite, but I’m still open to other ideas, honestly. I just don’t know what would be a good idea, I guess. I’m used to seeingf windows benchmarks, honestly.

Most benchmarking programs [3DMark, CrystalDiskMark, Furmark, etc.], can be used on older hardware 0 haggles

I don’t think Windows ever bothered recreating that HW Evaluator […from the Vista days]

Thinking 32bit here lol

Your best bet is pts.
If you are looking for cpu benchmark, you can try my benchmark pts/helsing. I’ve ran it on a rpi zero, android phones, mips vms, arm vms and x86 pcs.
