Hey mate, Germany is the cheapest place to buy parts from!
You can try to buy parts from Ebay too, you can find some very good deals on Ebay!
PS: Buy from dealers inside of Europe if you buy from Ebay, because if you buy from US Dealers you will end up paying about + 25% more due to import taxes + a very expensive shipping!

You could also try alternate.nl or alternate.be. These stores really kick ass.
Netherlands or Germany, in Germany some prices on the same hardware are a bit lower then in the Netherlands, because in the Netherlands the tax is a bit higher, but there are also parts that are cheaper in the Netherlands. so i would personaly recommend Germany or Netherlands.
I also looked at Poland but on there prices are higher then in Germany, if i recalculate the price from Zloty to Euro.

You are mostly right, but believe it or not, sometimes the Belgian alternate scores a lower price then the NL counterpart. Which should be impossible with our taxes, I might add.
(For my bro's PC not so long ago, I ordered serveral pieces from the Belgian store instead of the dutch one because they were cheaper!)
