I have the Dell U2412m and I love it. No backlight bleed, great colors, no motion blur or noticeable lag because of IPS and most importanly 16-10 acpect ratio. It has a great stand as well. Overall excellent. If you need a Asus the PA238q or PA246q look to be great but I have no personal experience.Most of all don't get a TN (IMHO). Good luck.
