Best Liquid Cooling System for the money?

I have a fx 6300 overclockerd at 4.5 ghz and would like to know whats the best possible cpu cooler for it. I have a budget of $75 and liquid coolers such as the h100 wont fit in my case due to clearance issues. So far i was able to find the Thermaltake Water 3.0 Performer and the COOLER MASTER Seidon 120XL. All suggestions would be of great help.

Raging4 has hit the mark. This is an excellent cooler. Grab some top quality thermal paste as well and you are off to the races. Check your case stats that it is big enough to handle this cooler as she is big.

Doubt it will fit, thats why I was hoping for some liquid cooling options.
