Best Budget gpu for 720p gamming

Hi, I'm looking to build my first computer and i already have a 720p monitor laying around. What would be the best gpu for games like Bf4, cod ghosts.

What do you have to spend?

I'd say the 7770GHz, 7790, or 7850 would be good choices.

Easily enough for 1080p, should you decide to upgrade.

The 7870 is above your $150 budget, which would be a lot of card for 720p.
