Best $100 SSD?

I was wondering what would be the best $100 SSD I could get and I've been thinking about these two because they're cheap and have good reviews.

I know the Kingston says it has better write spped but I've also hear that the SanDisk is actaully a bit faster.

Also what are IOPS and would it affect me as a minor video editor and heavy gamer?

Samsung 840 120GB is a great option, as well, but the 3k is faster than all of them, to my knowledge.

IOPS are the amount of writes and reads per second (inputs and outputs, technically). The more, the "faster."
