Before touching the hardware...how can I anti static my hand/myself?

you can touch a power supply which is plugged into the wall.

Doesn't matter they both will dissipate electrostatic charge, if you want to be extra safe just touch the metal on the case every so often while building to ground yourself.

I'm sorry, i've had 4 hours of sleep and i'm sick, I can't take you seriously with that picture.

The case won't be full of electrostatic. You aren't turning the thing into a Van de graaff generator you are just redistributing the charge to neutrality between you and the chassis. I normally just touch the case before inserting a new component into the build or removing a component from the build just to be safe. I've done this tons of times even with the power supply not connected to the earth ground in the wall socket you'll be fine and your components will be static safe.
