D. Brightness - MAX - Anything below max is using the textures alpha (The game is really poorly made, but really poorly made). using texture alpha instead of the actual transparency will cause stutter issues.

E. LIMIT YOUR FPS TO MAX (For some reason, if you do not choose Limit FPS, they will default it to 60 FPS LOCK instead of unlimited, so just use Limit FPS and Max that FPS Cap to 240)

F. In the graphics tab, Global Illumination is displayed. which NetEase has tried to renew from the standard for some reason and it is a horrible reflection system, causes spikes, and FPS drops. Use SSGI - High Q instead.

These settings seemed to resolve my crashing issues I had earlier. I think the global illumination caused a lot of my crashes
