I was looking over the tea thread and decided to look up some of the teas I drank over the past couple of months

Starting this new bag my dad and I got at a tea shop

The lady from the tea shop gave some good advice for maintaining the flavor across refills: when serving/drinking tea, leave 30% of the tea fluid remaining to build a buffer and prevent the leave flavors from getting diluted
