Asus WRX80E-SAGE Wifi SE No pcie devices detected

Good evening,

I have recently acquired a WRX80E-SAGE and a Threadripper Pro 5955wx, and began setting up a system, but the only way I can get a display is using the built in vga adapter. No pcie devices are detected in any pcie slot, may it be network adapters or gpus. I have tried just about everything I can think of, inclusing swapping ram, stripping the setup, and I cannot get any pcie devices to show up. Can I get some help?

Wanted to add that the on board vga does work, and posts just fine, but if I turn the switch off nothing is detected, even with the switch on nothing is detected.

Are you on the latest system and BMC firmware?

I haven’t yet tried updating the bmc, but I have tried updating and downgrading the bios

I have updated everything and I’m still not getting any pcie slots to work.

Just going down the list.
You have power in the PCIe 8pin below the 24 pin power, with no light by it when powered.
The two 6 pin PCIE at the bottom aren’t required , but can’t hurt.
The NVME drives work?

I have all power connecters in place, no error lights for the power are on. Nvme storage seems to work fine, but the pcie slots are not working.
