Can someone explain to me if the B550 Chipsets with and AMD Ryzen 5 5600x is windows 11 ready or not?

Yes, both the board and CPU are compatible with Windows 11. You will however need to either update the motherboard BIOS to version 2407+ or manually enable the fTPM settings in UEFI Setup prior to installing/upgrading to Windows 11.
