If you don't have any 5.25" drives you could get mesh drive covers and zip tie a 120mm fan for good intake. That case has no intakes stock, and looks highly restricted for airflow even if you did add them to the default locations, so I believe this would provide better cooling.
I didn't either I had only one fan on it since 2011 I put the second fan on my 212 like 5 weeks ago when i tried to overclock an get a little extra life out of my cpu, it worked quite well i might add. Its a nice heat sink for the price.
Honestly your best bet is to just run without side panels, as long as you don't kick your PC (easier said than done) than it will be a good solution
So much neckbeard. Your temps are fine, if you want them to be lower get a new heat sink.
