Are these i5 3570k temps OK?

While playing BF3 - 55C

Idle - 30C ish

Prime95 - 65C

Cooler - NZXT Havik 140

Those temps are safe for that processor but they are a bit warm for what i assume is a stock clock? What is your ambient temp? What case are you using with what fan configuration?

Those temps are fine, CPUs can widthstand a lot of heat, generally under 70c is safe. Anything over 90c is serious, that's when the CPU will start to fail.
