Are all of these components compatible for a cheap build I am making. And if not could you reccomend a similar alternative and explain why they are not.

I would get a PSU from a trusted brand, such as Cooler Master, Corsair, Antec, Tt, Seasonic, Silverstone and so on. Sometimes a PSU from an unfamiliar brand is poorly made and a poor quality PSU could be a hazard.

The cpu has graphics on it.

Yep, modern consumer-level CPUs have a dedicated graphics processor on the die. OH JOY :D
