Apple tablet / access the family sharing option

can i access the family sharing option in my apple account on the
2021 Apple 10.2-inch iPad (Wi-Fi, 64GB) - Space Gray to add a

separate user profile for my apple tv+ account i need this as i dont have
any apple devices or windows either my current gear is a linux pc an a

NVIDIA SHIELD 2019 for 1 tv an a ROKU EXPRESS 4K for another in
different room

an i was told by a friend that i could only do this with a apple device

is this true an can i do it from the tablet ?

Pretty sure the apple device requirement is correct.

But you can do it from an iPad.
