Without any apparent cause that I’m aware of, I’ve felt completely worn out for the last week or so. To the point where I’m taking some time away from the gym to recover. Out of curiosity, I spoke with a dozen or so people in my area (Houston, Tx) and every single person has had the same experience.
I’m wondering if this is a natural event (or unnatural) that is affecting my area or if something happened at a larger scale. Anyone else in other parts of the country/world experience any exceptional fatigue in the last couple weeks?
Could it be due to the season change? Less hours of light during the day throwing off the circadian rythm? Or there’s mass pollution you’re not aware of, but I’m not one to believe in non-sensical conspiracies.
Its election season. All political ads, discussions and propaganda are in their maximum. These demand your attention to the fullest and Im not surprised if brains are nope-ing out due to exhaustion at this point.
My kiddo is 4 now so I completely understand those days. Proper sleep, proper nutrition, proper working out(not too heavily) is usually always the best way to help out if you can
I work in sanitation (garbage man) and definitely batbing each day and exercise helps allot. Also drinking 2 liters (I think it’s 2 qaurts)of water helps too. I am rocking high blood pressure and depression and aspecially the exercise helps with that. I am not a licensed physician so no health advise was given.
