Another 1000€ build

So I guess I got into the part of the pc nerd as I spent much time studying pc parts.

I need to gather parts for 950€ build for my friend. I'm not experienced enough to build it for him so I decided to order a building service for 80€ from the same store I'm ordering the parts.

The parts I'm looking at:

As you can see I went 150€ over the budget. Where should I save money? He is not much of an overclocker but the 3570K was cheaper than the 3570 ...?

An AMD build could be possible too as he needs the pc mostly for gaming.

a sappire 7870 ghz edition oc i think is cheaper as well,(and seems cooler so even if he's not going to overclock quiet still matters and heat.) and if you swap to amd im sure you can save around 40-50$ with an 8350 FX and a mobo around 110$ but it all seems perfect for a gaming pc

If i'm correct 950€=$1200. Get something sot of like this build.
