just run aida for like 10 mins before you take it off.
My fx8320 (stock clocks) maxes out at around 50c when playing BF4 with the stock cooler.
before replacing a stock heatsink, allways run a stress test to heat the paste up. never pull at it, with just a slight twist to the left and right, it mostly comes off very easy.
Oh god haha unlucky, glad to hear you didn't have to fork out for a new CPU, im actually in the process of upgrading my PC again where I will be buying a new MOBO and an FX 8120 , so im gonna have to do it again :P Hopefully my good luck from last time will continue
why an 8120 and not a 8320?
The 8120 just came to the top of my head first, I meant the 8320, its also cheaper here too for some reason
