Will this configuration work properly? or i need to replace somthing?

It looks like a killer system. In my opinion, the only question is the memory, but it appears that the memory you have listed is fully qualified by Asus. I have never built a Threadripper system, but I know the RAM training process can be a bit cumbersome, especially as you get to the higher-capacity/speed sticks. I am sure someone with more experience can chime in as to this process and if you may have any challenges with this here.
