Are you looking for something with ipmi?
ipmi would be nice to have.
Doesn’t look like there’s anything available on am4. I say look at embedded Pentium or celeron boards. Supermicro has a bunch.
Or low power Xeon parts from 2010 era are really inexpensive and you can still find new motherboards.
