Someone in Reddit told me about AMD overclocking menu in Aorus X570 boards.
I can confirm that the menu is missing from mine, likely due to me running 2700x, not 3000 series.
None of the PBO and OC settings are available.
Update the uefi if you didn’t do that already.

edit: Well, as you recommended, I think I will go for manual overclocking.
