AMD Hardware Accelerated Encoding

Shadowplay is pretty great, right?

jackun on github released a frontend for AMD's Video Codec Engine H264 encoder that works excellently in Dxtory.

The quality is good, as are the file sizes and the performance hit (With my 280X, I haven't felt any real hit).

This need's to be spread around. We need to get support for it. This is a great thing that can benefit AMD gamers and streamers everywhere.

It's not perfect.

So far I haven't found a way to edit the original recorded files in either Vegas or Premiere. (re-muxing apparently works to make the files compatible)

But, this is still great news! This should be spread around to as many people as possible!

Hell, maybe pistol could use this for streaming?
