get a Hyper 212+
get a FX-6300
Either an FX-6300 or 8350, and H80 (H80 = personal favy)
And you didn't set a price point :P
or if your hell bent on spending $80 on a heatsink get the NH-D 14 not the c, i dont even know why the c is $80 in the first place, that's way too much, in the uk c model is is like £40 and the D is £60
