Advice needed on linux os for work/gaming - nobara vs pop-os 22.04 lts

Im almost done with my new build which will feature a 3900x + 6700xt & 64gb ram

i was going to load with pop os 22.04 lts till i checked back on

the Nobara Linux project an saw all the latest spec an features especially this
an this an a whole lot out of the box newer tweaks then when i first looked

a few things id like to know before choosing are

  1. how much ram does nobara chew for base os an at idle an does it have a swap file an can it be disabled like pop os

  2. does NOBARA have full disk encryption like pop

  3. aside from lutris an proton preinstall can i add the bottles app an does it work better on nobara vs pop

  4. will tuxclocker still install an work for control of amd gpu core, memory, volt an fan controls

  5. i still game about 50% of the time while the other half i do image editing an design work in krita will it run on
nobara the same as pop or better

  6. i normally add nala an a xanmod custom kernel along with corectrl to my pop os will doing the same in NOBARA cause an
    negative issues

Nobara is really cool, and off to a very promising start, but pop is still more noob friendly especially with gaming… i think.

Pop lets you install ateam natively or as a flatpack too. I maybe like not a flatpack better but flatpack is probably more noob frienfly possibly.
