Acer UT220HQL not working correctly with Intel NUC7i5BNK

So I’ve got a UT220HQL touchscreen from Acer connected to my Intel NUC7i5BNK and the touches aren’t always being recognized. I’d say 80% at best.

It’s not confined to any certain part of the touch screen. I’ve swapped the monitor (I own two of these,) USB cables, HDMI cables, changed what USB port I was using on the NUC. I’ve chatted with Intel and Acer about this as well. All drivers are current, the BIOS has been updated to the latest revision. I’ve tried disabling Legacy USB support and USB charging at the BIOS level. USB Selected Suspend is off. Everything is identified correctly in Device Manager.

I’m ready to comb my hair with a chainsaw over here.

Does anyone have any experience with this or have any ideas?

(And yes, the touchscreen is necessary for what I’m using this system for, so going to a standard screen is not an option.)
