Slow cooked a turkey. After running the meat through a grinder this is the final work product:
The drippings and a vegetable base will become soup.
First time grinding turkey. Have no technique whatsoever so just winging it and hoping to improve next time. Current plan is to add spices, egg and oats then squeeze into shape.

Followed the plan. These turkey meatballs are less dense then pork or beef. They taste like turkey; would follow this processes again but may try fat from pre-cooked smoked pork shoulder when grinding.
