A Interesting Situation (First PC) (Tight Budget)

I need advice. I want to know if I can buy a couple of discounted parts for the PC build that I have here:  < http://pcpartpicker.com/p/22zse > then wait and find some more. I feel that if i wait I will find better deals for the PC. What worries me is having these parts in storage may cause problems. I would like to hear if anyone else has done this before being extremely stingy. 

I plan on playing FPS games like Battlefield 4 on low or medium @60 fps.

Any Help would be extremely appreciated as this will be my first build. Also any suggestions on alternative parts would be good as well.

Dont buy stuff now for a build later on. Utter waste of money. You chew into the items warranty and chances are the price would be down by the time you buy your other parts.
